Non-refundable deposit to save your spot for my Summer Equinox Yoga Retreat June 20th- 23rd 2024 Terms and Conditions Payments and Cancellations Bookings are only reserved once payment of the non-refundable deposit is received. Balance payments are completed via bank transfer to the bank account stated on our email correspondence. You will receive an email confirmation when payments have been processed. Balance payments should be completed by May 1st 2024. Cancellations can be made at any time by the client. However, any balance paid up until that date will be kept by Evie Yogini LTD. It is at our discretion to refund 50% of the money paid if another person can fill the place. Evie Yogini LTD is entitled to cancel the retreat at any time and will provide a full refund no more than 14 days after the decision has been made. We do not accept any liability for cancellations due to the event of natural disasters, terrorist actions, threats of war, travel disruptions, civil unrest, illnesses and any other issues that are out of our control or changes in your personal circumstances that mean you can no longer attend. Using the Oils The essential oils used in this retreat are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Oils, diluted with coconut oil so they’re safe to apply topically and use aromatically. Please do not ingest the oils and make sure you notify the instructor about any allergies or possible sensitivity. The use of oils in class is absolutely optional, you can still enjoy the yoga practice and abstain from any contact with the oils, if that is your preference. Travel All travel arrangements to and from the retreat are the client’s responsibility, train fares are not included in the retreat price. The client must book their own travel to Lymington Station for our 3pm transfer or make their own way to the retreat accommodation no earlier than 4pm June 20th 2024. We do not take responsibility for any travel disruptions, cancellations or delays to the client’s travel arriving or departing from the retreat. Your stay During your stay you will take good care of your accommodation provided to you by Evie Yogini. On your departure, you agree to (a) leave your accommodation in the same condition of cleanliness and tidiness as at the commencement of your stay; (b) to pay for any loss or damage caused by you, during your occupation.
