Expect to move in this class! We’ll flow through a juicy, energising yoga sequence, connecting to the breath and exploring finding ease, joy and freedom through movement. There will be plenty of time to wind down and relax at the end. Open to everybody, with plenty of options to tailor the practice. Instructions Mats are provided at the Sunflower Centre but please bring your own if you'd prefer. Terms & Conditions: *All bookings are non-refundable. *You can transfer a booking to another date. You can do this up to 2 hours before the start of class by emailing eviegraceskye@gmail.com *You are only able to transfer a booking once and transfers are subject to availability. *If you are using a class pass and need to cancel, your class pass use will be returned to your account provided you cancel up to 24 hours before the start of class.
